    The RoleYou'll own construction projects from start to finish — paver patios, retaining walls, and related hardscape work on residential and small HOA properties throughout Seattle.     Green Garden Landscaping is a growing, high-end residential landscaping company serving the Greater Seattle area. We specialize in maintenance, irrigation, and design-build projects, working with clients who expect a high level of communication, professionalism, and results.

    We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Estimator / Project Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to grow, enjoys working directly with clients, and wants to build a long-term career in the landscaping and construction industry.

    Responsibilities
    Meet with prospective clients on-site to understand their needs, vision, and project goals.Develop detailed and accurate proposals using our CRM and software tools, ensuring scope, materials, and pricing are correct.Present proposals and confidently communicate value, scope, and pricing through in-person meetings, Google Meet, or email.Manage client communication throughout the sales process (email, phone, in-person), providing timely updates and clear expectations.Follow up consistently on open proposals to close sales and build long-term client relationships.Collaborate with maintenance, construction, and irrigation teams to ensure accurate scoping and alignment before work begins.Prepare clear scopes of work and hand off projects to field crews, ensuring they understand client expectations and key details.Monitor active projects at a high level to confirm work matches the approved scope and client vision, escalating issues as needed.Assist in creating and delivering presentations and decks for clients via Google Meet, in person, or email.Educate clients on services, process, and ongoing landscape care, answering questions and reinforcing our value throughout the relationship.Qualifications
    1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (landscaping or construction a plus).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with high-end clients.Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to grow, learn, and succeed.Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups at once.Comfortable using technology and modern business tools; able to quickly learn systems like LMN and HubSpot.Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and WhatsApp preferred.Familiarity with CRM and estimating software such as HubSpot and LMN is a plus.Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, growing company environmentLandscaping, construction, or related industry experience is a plus, but not required.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.What We Offer

    The Role

    We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Video Content Creator to help us build a video training library from the ground up. This is a real opportunity to own a project end-to-end: you'll film and edit training videos that our crews will actually use in the field standard operating procedures, how-to technique demos, safety walkthroughs, shop overviews, and more.

    This is a flexible engagement we're open to a part-time employee, intern, or project-based contractor, depending on what works for you.

    If you're a film/media/marketing student, recent grad, or someone with solid foundational video skills looking to build a meaningful portfolio piece, this is a great fit.


    What You'll Do


    Film and edit short training videos for internal crew useCover topics such as: shop and equipment overviews, proper pruning and trimming techniques, irrigation setup and troubleshooting, garden assessment walkthroughs, crew safety procedures, and general workflow protocolsProduce content in both English and Spanish (bilingual format voiceover, subtitles, or dual-language versions)Organize and manage a growing video training libraryCoordinate with Derrick and crew leads to identify training needs and schedule filmingWhat We're Looking For
