This position works closely with senior team members to perform wide-ranging production tasks. Tasks include moving and storing raw material, sawing, planing, gluing, and finishing wood or aluminum, painting, and packing. The ideal candidate wants to advance to an expert level in one or more of these areas but is happy to work as part of a team in any role.
