    DUTIES:Responsible for problem solving, developing, sampling, and testing packaging to meet customer needs utilizing supplied software, equipment, and materials.Learn to design point-of-purchase, protective, E-commerce, signage or multi material solutions.Work closely with Sales to collect and process information to meet customer projects.Travels to customers as needed for project completion and to help build customer relations.Maintain detailed specifications, and documentation.Learn and remain competent in the capabilities and limitations of our manufacturing equipment.Learn and utilize Retail guidelines (Walmart, Aldi, Home Depot, etc)Learn and stay current with testing protocols such as Hazmat, ISTA, Amazon, Club Stores.Manages individual workload of assigned projects using project management software.Timely completion of projects to satisfy internal and external clients.Support Customer Service and Manufacturing in processing new item orders to ensure all new items meet expectations. Four-year degree in Packaging or similar engineering program, previous Design or Engineering experience in corrugated preferred. Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred. Familiar with Artios CAD or similar software preferred. Familiar with Tops or CAPE Palletizing Software preferred.
