    Responsibilities for Case Manager:

    Provides case management - Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) services and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) to persons with severe mental illness in an outpatient setting and in the community. May provide treatment to persons with substance use disorder as a secondary diagnosis.Provides services to individuals in the Greater Cincinnati area, including Hamilton and Clermont counties.Provides face-to-face services in the office and in the community along with telehealth services.Establishes therapeutic relationships, assesses complex problems, selects problem-solving interventions, and helps clients to function effectively.The case manager develops an Individual Recovery Plan and coordinates access to the recommended medical treatment services, employment assistance, housing assistance, and other targeted services.Coordinates, conducts or participates in assessments; provides crisis assistance services; delegates recovery plan tasks to appropriate service providers; and monitors overall service delivery.

    Requirements for Case Manager:

    We offer flexible scheduling for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Limited part-time 1st shift hours are also available.

    In addition to the base hourly pay, the following differentials apply:

    1st Shift: +$0.75/hour

    2nd Shift: +$1.25/hour

    Position Summary

    The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct support and supervision to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment while supporting client engagement, safety monitoring, and crisis de-escalation.

    Position Responsibilities For BH Technician:

    Provide observation, engagement, and crisis support

    Assist with safety monitoring, de-escalation, and intake/orientation

    Accurately document client interactions and incidents

    Communicate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

    Promote trauma-informed and culturally competent care

    The ideal candidate for the Mental Health Therapist will have an Ohio license: LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LCSW and experience working with individuals receiving treatment or individuals with mental illness and substance use disorder. Prior experience as a Case Manager or Behavioral Health Technician is a plus. This is a great position for someone with a BSW/LSW or MSW/LSW or MA/LPC who wants to get experience and attain their independent license! We offer free license supervision hours and continuing education credits.
