Active South Carolina real estate license (required)Active in Charleston, South Carolina1–3 years of experience as a practicing real estate agent with a track record of closed productionDemonstrated experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team in any professional settingStrong communicator; effective one-on-one, comfortable on the phone, and clear in writingHigh energy, self-directed, and consistent — you follow through without being chasedHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of your pipelineComfortable working in CRM and recruiting platforms (Follow Up Boss, WizeHire, Indeed, or similar)Knowledge of the South Carolina real estate market, local roots matter herePreferred:
