    We are seeking a high-performance, Bilingual Production Lead to drive our household and automotive chemical manufacturing lines in Fontana, CA. This is a mid-senior level "player-coach" role designed for a leader who can command the production floor, troubleshoot integrated high-speed lines, and manage the full scope of operations from raw components to finished goods.     Key Responsibilities

    Full Line Technical Oversight

    Automated Systems: Lead and optimize integrated production lines, including automated filling and capping with precise volume control and torque monitoring.Labeling & Coding: Ensure perfect alignment and batch code legibility throughout the run.Secondary Packaging:Expertly operate shrink wrap machines and heat tunnels.End-of-Line Packout: Manage automated taping machines, case packing, and palletization processes.

    Inventory & Component Management

    Stock Monitoring: Track on-line stock levels of raw components such as bottles, caps, labels, film, and corrugated materials.Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of material usage versus finished output to maintain strict inventory accuracy.Coordination: Interface directly with Inventory Control and Logistics to coordinate efficient material pulls and transfers.

    Floor Command & Analytics

    Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of 10+ operators; fluency in both English and Spanish is required.KPI Reporting: Use strong mathematical skills to calculate and report vital metrics, including Units Per Hour (UPH), downtime percentages, and yield loss.Safety & Compliance: Partner with Quality teams to resolve non-conformance issues and enforce strict adherence to PPE and Cal-OSHA standards for chemical manufacturing.

    Qualifications

    Experience: 5+ years in liquid manufacturing (Chemicals or Consumer Packaged Goods preferred).Technical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot filling, heat tunnel, and packout equipment.Certifications: A Forklift Certification (Sit-down/Stand-up) is a significant plus.Education: High School Diploma or GED; no college degree required.Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of a shift, work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

    Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

    Shift: Monday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Candidates must be available for 12-hour shifts and 6 days a week during peak seasons).Pay Rate: $23.50 – $29.00 per hour, depending on experience ($48,880 – $60,320 annual base plus significant overtime).Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, and Vision; 401(k) with company match; and Paid Time Off (PTO).Location: Fully onsite in Fontana, CA.

    What You’ll Do

    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Adaptive Coaches, substitutes, interns, and seasonal staff.
    Recruit through colleges, athletic departments, coaching networks, youth organizations, job boards, and community partners.
    Screen candidates, conduct structured interviews, run practical auditions, and evaluate real coaching ability.
    Coordinate all pre-employment requirements (references, background checks, TB, mandated reporter training, certifications).
    Deliver orientation, training, and coach qualification pathways—including adaptive-coach modules and assessments.
