Great East Title is a local real estate title company serving real estate brokerages and lenders throughout Maine and New Hampshire. We operate as a cohesive team, assisting buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and loan officers in navigating the complexities of the real estate closing process.
Great East Title is growing, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative team. We’re not a “pass the file along” kind of company. We stay involved, communicate openly, and step in to support each other so our clients consistently have a smooth experience. If you prefer clearly defined lanes with minimal interaction, this likely won’t be the right fit.
This is an in-person position located in our Bedford, NH office.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing files from contract to closing with a focus on organization and follow-throughCoordinating with agents, lenders, and internal team members to keep files on trackPreparing and reviewing documents needed for closingStaying on top of timelines, details, and communication throughout the processHelping ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all parties involved
Requirements:
