Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and transform ideas into innovative design solutions.
Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and permit documents.
Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code, zoning laws, and ADA/accessibility standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
Specify building materials and finishes aligned with budget, design intent, and sustainability goals.
Present design proposals and updates to clients and project stakeholders.
Mentor junior architects and contribute to a supportive, knowledge-sharing culture.
Assist in business development and building long-term client relationships.
QualificationsLicensed Architect in Florida (active and in good standing).
5+ years of architectural experience, ideally in residential and commercial design.
NAAB-accredited Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Chief Architect, and rendering tools.
Strong understanding of Florida-specific codes and permitting processes.
Portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality architectural work.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management abilities, with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
