    We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our team. Graves Garrett Greim LLC is a law firm located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Our practice is focused on many different areas of law, including white collar criminal defense and government investigations, commercial and business litigation, and free speech and election law. We represent clients throughout the United States.

    The person filling this position will be responsible for providing legal and administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, hearing and trials, preparing legal documents, working with discovery productions, reviewing court dockets, and providing case management.

    We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant

    to provide administrative support to executive leadership while assisting with basic legal and

    compliance-related tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in administrative

    operations, business support, and exposure to legal processes within a professional office

    environment.


    The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, discretion with confidential

    information, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

    setting.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Executive Administrative Support

    Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.Coordinate internal and external communications professionally and efficiently.Assist with event coordination, meeting logistics, and office administration.Screen calls, emails, and visitors while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items for leadership.


    Legal & Compliance Support

    Assist with preparing and organizing basic legal documents and contracts.Maintain confidential legal and corporate records.Coordinate signatures, document routing, and filing processes.Support compliance tracking, renewals, and record retention procedures.Conduct basic research related to policies, vendors, or regulatory requirements.Communicate with outside legal counsel, vendors, and business partners as directed.Assist with preparing board or committee meeting materials and maintaining records.


    Qualifications

    High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.1–2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.Interest in legal administration, compliance, or business operations helpful.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
