We are seeking a skilled and dependable Field Supervisor with hands-on experience in concrete finishing to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage crews, oversee job sites, and ensure high-quality work is delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate concrete finishing teams on job sites
Maintain high safety and quality standards
Communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Read and interpret plans, specs, and layoutsDriving to communities and checking each assigned job is completed correctly on the daily basis Reviewing the schedule everyday to ensure all jobs are on track Communicating immediately with builder in charge and our office staff if any job cannot be completed on the scheduled date
Qualifications:
Solid background in concrete finishing
Prior experience leading construction crews
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
