We have several locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and we need experienced builders who are team players and are looking for growth opportunity and stability in a company.
Requirements
· Residential Home building/Custom Home Building experience required
· Ability to effectively recruit and manage sub-contractors
· Must be able to manage your construction schedule and work with Project Managers and Crew Leaders
· Manage scope of work to ensure timely, accurate and quality completion of work
· Residential Construction knowledge and OSHA safety requirements a plus
· Some college preferred, Construction Management or Construction Science degrees preferred.

About the Position
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will partner with another sales professional in a model home located within one of our 30+ premier communities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This role offers significant income potential for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a customer focused environment.
Schedule: Five days per week, including weekends.
