    GRAIL is seeking a Manager, Engineer Operations for the Engineering Operations Organization. The Manager, Engineer Operations will lead a key operations team that oversees technical engineering support for a variety of process automation hardware, software applications, and laboratory equipment to support smooth lab operations. Working cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, and Software groups, you will drive robust equipment and automation operations with the leadership of a team of talented operations engineers/technicians.     The Associate Director will proficiently lead the Prior Authorization, Billing Data Entry, and Billing Operations teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of GRAIL's billing information system and all facets of revenue cycle management. They will oversee daily activities of the billing staff, managing all aspects of prior authorization billing, pre-certification, and eligibility functions.     The Senior Clinical Data Manager (CDM) will lead data management activities for one or multiple diagnostic product development studies in support of GRAIL's robust clinical development pipeline.
    Responsibilities:Work closely with GRAIL study team members to ensure that clinical data captured is complete, consistent, and accurate.     GRAIL is seeking an Operations Engineer 2 for the Engineering Operations team. As an Operations Engineer 2, you will provide site-wide support for engineering operations activities. Responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and sustained performance of cutting-edge laboratory equipment along with documenting activities in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines.
