    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Technician to join our team at Hunt Club Apartments in Cockeysville, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of maintenance operations. This includes ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining the physical condition of the property to the highest standards.

    Your Responsibilities:

    Maintain clean, safe, and debris-free community grounds, including addressing weather-related issues.Perform proactive repairs and respond to resident maintenance requests.Conduct daily inspections and troubleshoot appliances or technical issues.Participate in maintenance projects and after-hours emergency work.Complete other duties as assigned or requested.

    What you offer:

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for daily onsite use.Minimum of 18 months experience in apartment maintenance.CFC Type II or Universal Certification and heat pump experience preferred.Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance calls, including nights and weekends.Basic computer skills required.

The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day marketing and leasing operation, including generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents, completing move-in procedures, and providing exceptionally friendly customer service.

    This position is currently eligible for leasing bonuses.

    Your Responsibilities:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Lee Overlook Apartments in Centreville, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring resident satisfaction, maintaining the property to the highest standards, and assisting the Community Manager as needed.

    This position is currently eligible for leasing bonuses.

     

    Your Responsibilities:

    Support resident retention programs, handle complaints, assist with lease renewals, and promote best practices among staff.Ensure adherence to financial policies, manage rent payments, control delinquency, oversee move-outs, and assist with evictions as needed.Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring employees; oversee staff compliance with company policies, maintain employee records, and support workplace safety.Coordinate apartment turnovers and service requests; inspect apartments and common areas to ensure contractors and staff meet standards.

     

    What you offer:

    3+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) is required.Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Previous experience with accounting in property management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
