Daily Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to adults and seniors in our Adult Day Health Program Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs Administer IV therapy and medications as needed Conduct patient assessments and vital sign monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive careRequired Skills:
Post-Anesthesia Care Unit experience Trauma Nursing Core Course certification Private Duty Care knowledge Nursing Education background Medical Surgical expertiseNice to Have Skills:
Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification Experience in Telemetry and Skilled Nursing Proficiency in Care Planning and Interventions Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential Operating Room or Acute Care experienceCompany Information:
