Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasmSchedule service, maintenance, and installation appointmentsDispatch technicians efficiently throughout the dayCommunicate appointment updates with customersCreate and manage work orders using Housecall ProProcess invoices and customer paymentsFollow up on estimates and completed jobsSchedule and renew maintenance agreementsAssist with financing paperwork and customer documentationMaintain accurate customer recordsWork closely with technicians to ensure excellent customer serviceHelp maintain a positive, organized office environmentQualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable using computers and learning new softwarePositive attitude with strong attention to detailAbility to stay calm under pressurePrevious office or customer service experience preferredHVAC or home service experience is a plus but not requiredWhat We’re Looking For
