We are looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team! You will directly work with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobilesCare for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal careMaintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisorBuild relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alertGive medications and immunizationsEngage patients in exercises or other activities Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide programHigh School Diploma or GEDOne year prior professional experienceDrivers license preferred (not required)CPR certification required within 90-days of employment
