(“GP Gov”) is seeking a temporary Jr. Attorney/Sr. Paralegal to provide approximately three months of coverage within the Legal, Risk, & Contracts (LRC) function. This role supports a broad range of legal, contractual, operational, and administrative activities, serving as a key resource for internal stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, responding to changing business needs and working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires experience with government contracts and experience/familiarity with FAR and DFARS.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Serve as administrator for the Legal, Risk, and Contracts Jira Service Desk, including:
oMonitoring and triaging incoming requests;
oAssigning tickets and managing workflow;
oTracking ticket status and following up with stakeholders; and
oAssisting with system administration and user support activities.
•Review, draft, revise, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including:
oNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
oTeaming Agreements
oSupplier and customer terms and conditions
oSoftware as a Service (SaaS) agreements
•Provide support on employment and human resource matters, including:
oResponding to routine HR related inquiries
oAssisting with policy interruption and employment documentation
oCoordinating with internal stakeholders on personnel related matters
•Support supplier onboarding activities, including serving as a backup reviewer when primary personnel are unavailable
•Participate in internal and external meetings, document action items, and coordinate follow up activities
•Conduct legal and business research and prepare summaries, recommendations, and supporting documentation for management
•Assist with routine, legal administrative functions including but not limited to: records management, compliance tracking, and maintenance of legal repositories

Qualifications:
•Juris Doctor (JD), paralegal certification, or equivalent legal/contracts experience required

•Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial and government contracts
•Familiarity/experience with FAR/DFARS
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our aerospace team at the Chatsworth facility. This role combines advanced technical expertise in design, analysis, and compliance with leadership responsibilities in personnel management, project oversight, procurement support, and proposal development. You will guide daily operations, mentor staff, and contribute to business development while ensuring high-reliability aerospace products meet stringent industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the core technical duties of a Staff Engineer, including creating/revising 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for aerospace pressure vessels, piping systems, tooling, and assemblies.Conduct detailed engineering analysis per ASME Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII), ASME B31.3 Piping Code, and cycle life analysis (fatigue, fracture mechanics, fitness-for-service).Familiar with nondestructive inspection ASNT methods (Visual Examination, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing); support Acoustic Emission Testing as needed.Prepare technical reports, specifications, calculations, and presentations using the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).Utilize Microsoft Project to develop, maintain, and track project schedules, resource allocation, milestones, and critical paths for engineering and manufacturing initiatives.Manage and assign daily tasking for shop personnel, technicians, and staff engineers; provide direction, prioritize workloads, and ensure efficient execution of production, assembly, and testing activities.Lead project management activities, including scope definition, risk assessment, progress tracking, change control, and delivery of projects on time and within budget.Actively participate in procurement processes: identify suppliers, evaluate bids, support negotiations, coordinate material/tooling purchases, and ensure compliance with specifications and delivery timelines.Contribute to proposal development: review RFPs, prepare technical sections, cost estimates, schedules, and compliance matrices for new business opportunities and government/commercial contracts.Train, mentor, and develop staff engineers, technicians, and shop-level employees on design practices, code compliance, inspection techniques, manufacturing processes, and project execution best practices.Support prototype builds, testing, and production in the shop environment, including troubleshooting, fit checks, and use of basic hand tools.Travel up to 20% of the time for supplier audits, customer meetings, field support, installations, or training activities.Lead or participate in design reviews, engineering change orders, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain full documentation and regulatory compliance.Work with West Coast Director to implement the Clean Room Facility upgradesQualifications & Requirements:

Strong expertise in ASME Pressure Vessel Code and Piping Code requirements.Proven experience in cycle life analysis (fatigue, fracture mechanics).Familiarity with common ASNT nondestructive testing methods; hands-on experience with Acoustic Emission Testing strongly preferred.Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project (required for scheduling and project tracking).Certifications & Licenses (Preferred):

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Systems Administrator to support secure, scalable, cloud-first infrastructure environments operating within a regulated government contracting and compliance-driven ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience supporting production Linux and Windows environments in AWS Gov Cloud, understands security-first cloud operations, and can independently engineer, automate, secure, optimize and troubleshoot modern cloud infrastructure in environments aligned with NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, CMMC Level 2, ITAR/EAR controls, and FedRAMP compliant environments. Experience in Microsoft cloud environments such as Azure Government and 365 GCC High is highly preferred.
This is not a traditional datacenter/server room role. This is a modern cloud infrastructure engineering position supporting distributed cloud-native systems and highly secure workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, deploy, and optimize secure AWS GovCloud environments, ensuring all solutions meet stringent government, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements (NIST 800171/80053, CMMC L2, ITAR/EAR, FedRAMP). Engineer and maintain highly available, fault tolerant, multi account cloud architectures, leveraging AWS Organizations, SCPs, and modern cloud native design patterns. Administer and harden Linux and Windows systems in production cloud environments, including patching, configuration management, identity/governance controls, and secure remote operations. Implement and maintain cloud native monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting, ensuring proactive detection, response, and continuous system optimization. Automate infrastructure and operations using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and CI/CD methodologies to streamline provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management. Support and integrate enterprise data platforms and databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and cloud native services such as DynamoDB, Redshift, and OpenSearch. Design and enforce security first operational practices, including vulnerability remediation, Zero Trust principles, IAM/SCP governance, network segmentation, and endpoint hardening. Manage and optimize cloud networking and connectivity, including VPC architectures, routing, firewalls/security groups, DNS, certificate management, and secure hybrid integrations. Administer and support backup, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across distributed cloud native workloads. Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and modernize infrastructure operations, improving scalability, reliability, and efficiency across cloud environments. Collaborate across IT, security, and business teams to support a fully remote, cloud first organization operating within a regulated government contracting ecosystem.Qualifications:
5+ years of hands on infrastructure and cloud engineering experience supporting production workloads in regulated AWS GovCloud environments, with a strong understanding of compliance driven operational requirements. 3+ years operating in senior engineering or technical leadership roles, driving architecture decisions, cloud modernization efforts, and enterprise scale infrastructure strategy. Proven expertise across modern cloud networking, SaaS administration, and distributed systems, including Meraki, VPC networking, IAM governance, and cloud native service integrations. Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts and their application to cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, data workflows and integrations. Extensive experience supporting government contracting or compliance driven environments, including NIST 800171, NIST 80053, CMMC Level 2, ITAR/EAR, and/or FedRAMP SaaS solutions. Strong background managing secure remote, cloud first operations, including endpoint hardening, identity governance, and Zero Trust aligned architectures. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities, with a consistent drive for continuous learning, technical mastery, and proactive improvement. Must be a US person with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOD/DOW security clearance. Public Trust clearance highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education.
