Position SummaryAs a Franchise Business Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to independently owned franchise businesses throughout the South Side of Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Your focus will be helping franchise owners improve operations, maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, and grow their businesses.
This is a field-based position, with approximately 80% of your time spent visiting customer locations and franchise owners, and 20% dedicated to administrative responsibilities from the regional office.
