Responsibilities:
Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site personnel.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety on the job site.Train and mentor junior staff and field workers to enhance team performance.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Experience with project management software and tools.Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.About Us:
