Quality Director Manteno, Illinois Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R support ramp-up from 2 of 5 lines to full capacity within planned timelines. Supplier Quality: Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards; collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain consistency. Partner closely with manufacturing teams to uphold high standards during production scale-up. Deploy quality inspectors based on production line requirements. Monitor and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality management. Proven track record in production ramp-up and quality systems development. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems. Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ CQE). Experience in EV battery or automotive manufacturing. Familiarity with supplier quality management and global supply chains. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000.00 - $230,000.00 + 20% bonus + benefits.
