Are you a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality work? Gorilla Property Services is seeking a Lead Service Technician to help launch and grow our new location in Greenville, SC.
Gorilla Property Services is a growing exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial customers. We specialize in pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, roof cleaning, holiday light installation and other exterior maintenance services that help homeowners protect and enhance their property.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company from the ground up, take ownership in the field, and play a key role in building a team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Potential first-year earnings: $60,000–$65,000 (base salary plus performance bonuses)
$55,000–$60,000 annual base salary (based on experience)Performance bonuses for lead generation, customer referrals, and service upgradesPaid trainingCompany vehicle provided during work hoursGrowth and advancement opportunities as the company expandsWhat You’ll Do
Perform exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, roof cleaning, and related servicesWork at heights on ladders and roofs using approved safety equipment (including roof anchors and fall protection systems)Lead and support a second technician in the fieldDeliver an exceptional customer experience on every jobEnsure work is completed safely and to company standardsCommunicate professionally with customers on-siteIdentify additional customer needs and recommend appropriate servicesAssist with basic equipment and vehicle upkeepRepresent the Gorilla Property Services brand with professionalism and integrityWhat We’re Looking For
