Primary Focus:
The primary role is to maintain the day-to-day front desk functions of the Community. Maintaining organization and structure within the front office for workflow and operations. Supporting day to day tasks and responding to requests as they arise.
Qualifications/Skills Necessary:
Ability to organize, identify, and execute tasks daily. Capability to recognize tasks in order of priority. Possess skill set of time management and communication. Flexibility to adapt to the priorities and requests as they present themselves. Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as excellent organization and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive. Working knowledge of mandatory State Regulations and Compliance.
Duties Include:
Open front office daily, offer and schedule prospective resident tours, long term care insurance billing, resident invoicing monthly, maintain and track expenses weekly for monthly reporting, monitor office and building supplies, maintain personnel and resident files.

$16/hr - annual cost of living increase offeredDescription: This Position serves as an assistant to the resident for areas of ADLs and IADLs based on the resident service plan. (Activities of Daily Living & Independent Activities of Daily Living.) Responsibilities include but are not limited to one-on-one assistance with resident care/service, daily cleaning and laundry tasks within the home and apartment.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have companionship/private duty caregiver experience and/or personal care experience. Certified Nurse Aide experience in a group care setting is preferred, but not required. Candidates should possess the ability to effectively communicate verbally with the administrative team and co-workers in a productive, professional and positive manner. Flexibility with scheduling of staff to accommodate emergency plans and procedures and under special circumstances is required.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Work with staff to build relationships and strengthen communication with residents and families. Report concerns and identify needs to aid in appropriate resident service plan development to the Resident Services Director.Daily encouragement and reassurance provided to residents to maintain service plans.Encourage resident participation in scheduled activity programs in the house.Assist residents to programs within the house as needed and time allows. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, eating (food modification, choice selection), toileting, hygiene and mobility.Assist residents with self-administration of medications and proper assistance documentation. This includes receiving participation and verbal compliance assistance from residents for all ADLs.Documenting changes in residents’ functional status, personal care needs, and any other noted changes for shift change and supervisory report in the Communication Log books.
