Your typical day will include:
Sorting donations into three categories textiles, hardline goods, and trash.Grading, hanging, and tagging textiles according to company standards.Transporting materials between workstations as needed.Assisting donors with unloading vehicles, carrying donations, and providing receipts.Maintaining accurate daily records of donations and donor interactions.Packing seasonal items and labeling containers for storage or shipping.Participating in fulfilling store shipment needs, completing necessary paperwork.Removing trash and keeping workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized.Demonstrating professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers, donors, and team members.Adhering to all safety procedures, wearing required safety equipment, and actively supporting the safety program.Ensuring the store maintains production goals and standards set by DGR leadership.Completing other assignments as needed to support the retail and organizational mission.What you'll need:
