MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE

Camera shots will include defects in the product. * List items online in a quick and accurate manner; adding appropriate titles, categories, product descriptions and attributes (including damages), appropriate disclaimers, photographs, description, measurements, and shipping and handling charges.* Accurately pull orders from shelves for packing and prepares pick-up orders for local customers. Generate packaging labels and postage. * Package and prepare all orders for shipment. Handle fragile items with care while keeping refund rate less than 1%. Ship all packages within 5 business days. Keep shipping areas stocked with boxes and other packing items by keeping an updated inventory of packing materials.* Scan incoming product and lists books and media online with accurate descriptions, including damages. Special requirements:
Knowledge of commonly used concepts of working with electrical, plumbing, welding, cooling and heating systems, basic carpentry, building repairs, basic automobile mechanical skills, painting, and the proper use of paints and solvents. Ability to properly use all test equipment related to the maintenance department. Possess current Arizona driver’s license and an acceptable (as identified by our auto insurance carrier) 39-month motor vehicle report Ability to read and properly use wiring diagrams, technical manuals and blueprints.

Under manager guidance, assist with repairs on cooling and heating systems, lighting, plumbing fixtures and electrical systems, as required as instructed to do so by supervisor and work orders.
Perform Landscaping duties as needed.
Complete any required documentation, requisitions, work orders, or maintenance records, and submits information to the Manager.
Care for and store tools and supplies for the maintenance department.
Performs minor and specialized painting of walls, floors, ceilings and related fixtures.
With guidance from Manager, perform new construction as required by work orders or Manager.
Report safety, maintenance and security issues at Goodwill facilities.
Assist with inventory control of all maintenance equipment.
Work with contractors, employees, and program participants.
Assist with security problems which may occur at odd hours; make emergency repairs as needed.
Use tools and equipment properly; practice safe work procedures.
Operate vehicles and equipment in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow written and verbal instruction.
Possess current AZ driver’s license, and personal transportation with proof of auto insurance.
