The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts across all paid and organic digital media platforms including but not limited to Google (Google Ads and Organic Search), LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Reddit. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on coordination, with a strong passion for digital innovation and data-driven results. Essential Job Duties: Organic Social Media: •Help execute GoNetspeed’s social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification •Develop and manage the content calendar for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) •Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and conversations across social channels. •Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, human resources, sales, outside plant staff etc.) to manage brand reputation, identify key players, and coordinate content and messaging. •Monitor trends, community engagement, and performance analytics to refine content strategy and report insights to the leadership team on a regular basis. •Attend company-related community and internal events to collect content (work with the creative team to develop graphics, videos, and reels tailored for social platforms). Paid Digital Advertising: •Assist in planning and coordination of campaigns across Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), Paid Search (Google Ads), and Display marketing channels •Manage creative assets, audience targeting, and A/B testing •Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI •Collaborate with creative team and agency to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging and calls to action SEO
