Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial framing workInstall doors, trim, cabinets, molding, and other finish carpentry componentsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specificationsMeasure, cut, and assemble materials accuratelyMaintain a clean and safe job siteCollaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on scheduleOperate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safelyEnsure work meets company quality standards and customer expectationsQualifications
Experience in framing and finish carpentry requiredAbility to read blueprints and construction drawingsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipReliable transportation and valid driver's license preferredAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and positive attitudeDependable, punctual, and team-orientedWhat We're Looking For
