Midtown real estate boutique seeks associate with 5+ years of experience for Finance Department. Responsibilities include providing legal advice and representation for clients in real estate financing transactions, including loans, mortgages, and other financing arrangements, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, notes and other financing documents, and assisting with other legal aspects of real estate financing and corporate work. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations required.
