Job Description
God’s Glory, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in residential settings. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
Responsibilities
Support individuals with personal care, daily living skills, and household tasksAssist with meal preparation, budgeting, transportation, and community activitiesImplement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and document services accuratelySupport health and safety needs, including medication administration per policyPromote a safe and supportive home and community environmentCommunicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and familiesMaintain confidentiality and follow all agency policies and proceduresBenefits
