We’re hiring a Senior Electrical Estimator to take ownership of high-value commercial projects—from ground-up builds to complex tenant improvements. This is a leadership-level role where your expertise directly impacts project success and company growth.

What You’ll Do
Lead electrical estimating for commercial projects (TI, ground-up, takeovers)Review plans, specs, and drawings to define scope and identify risksBuild accurate, competitive bids and proposalsAnalyze subcontractor/vendor pricing for cost efficiencyCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and leadershipSupport contract negotiations and scope alignmentTrack budgets and provide cost control insights throughout projectsMaintain and improve estimating systems and cost databases
What You Bring
7+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial/retail preferred)Proven experience in a
senior or lead estimating roleStrong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and installation methodsAbility to interpret MEP, architectural, and structural plansProficiency with tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Intellibid, Autodesk, etc.Strong communication and decision-making skills
