The Guest Experience Associate - Carcierge is the face of Go Rentals, a guest-facing luxury hospitality role responsible for delivering five-star, personalized service at every touchpoint of the rental journey. Operating from premier airport, FBO, hotel, and resort locations across the country, this position serves as the trusted point of contact for high-net-worth guests, traveling executives, and aviation partners, ensuring every interaction reflects Go Rentals’ commitment to elevated guest experiences, refined attention to detail, and seamless luxury service.

Pay: $17 / hour + earned, unlimited monthly commission!

Join our team as a Carcierge - Guest Services Associate in Baton Rouge, LA, and deliver high-touch, first-class service to guests who expect the very best!ResponsibilitiesEnsure each and every guest entering the FBO/hotel has an exceptional experienceAnswer incoming guest telephone calls in a courteous and professional mannerNegotiate rental contracts with guests Open and close rental contracts; ensuring all required client paperwork is complete and accurateRespond to and investigate guest inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner Assist all guests with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person Understand and communicate information regarding Go Rentals products, services, and policies to new and existing clients Ensure that all cars are cleaned by the close of business; wash and detail vehicles as needed Prepare and present vehicles for guest rental; ensuring each vehicle is thoroughly cleanedPerform pick‐up and drop‐off service for guests either renting or returning vehiclesGrow and expand guest base by building and maintaining rapport with key guests, identifying new guest opportunities, and delivering exemplary guest serviceRequired SkillsMinimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent Valid unrestricted driver’s license Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable Experience in sales and customer service Must be 21 years of age or older Excellent communication skills Experience in aviation, auto rental, guest services, or hospitality, preferredWillingness to travel for extended periods Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy, preferredCollege degree, preferredMust be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.PAY RANGES: Pay ranges may vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift covered, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.
