Senza, Senza II, Senza Omnia, and Senza HFX iQ are the only SCS systems that deliver Nevro's proprietary 10 kHz Therapy. HFX iQ, Nevro's latest innovation, is the first and only SCS System that uses Artificial Intelligence to optimize and maintain pain relief using each patient's response. The Associate Interventional Specialist will work together with the District Sales Manager and will have territory coverage, inventory management, and sales responsibilities. The Associate Interventional Specialist will represent the company in accordance with the company's quality policy and procedures. Essential functions include: Gains and consistently increases product knowledge through formal sales training; physician speaker programs, attends surgeries/procedures, and industry research Meeting or exceeding all sales goals and objectives assigned to grow the business with current and new customers in the territory Responsible for managing/servicing specified target accounts designated by the District Sales Manager Conducts sales calls to promote, sell, and service Nevro products and services to existing and competitive customers based on a strategic plan Provides clinical support for customers (programming, reprogramming, educating customers and patients, case coverage, etc.) Assists the District Sales Manager on field calls for assigned geography and address problems that arise on the account Performs field ride along with the Area Director and District Sales Manager on a regular basis Develops and increases customer base and continually enhances Nevro product market share within assigned territory Plans, coordinates, and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of other internal resources, intended to augment the business and help to achieve assigned sales goals Provides feedback regularly on topics such as product development opportunities, new target accounts, sales performance, and market feedback Maintains conduct that is aligned with company quality policy and procedures, and protects confidentiality with proprietary information Stays current with all compliance training requirements Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensures compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Qualifications include: 1-2 years' successful spinal cord stimulation or interventional spine sales experience preferred, may consider other healthcare related sales and or business to business sales experience Bachelor's degree Valid driver's license, clean driving record per company policy, and active vehicle insurance policy Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends Strong understanding of spinal anatomy Ability to make sales presentations with positive results Physical demands include: Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Required to possess specific vision abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus. As an Associate Machinist, you will produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Work from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions, may make tool adjustments as necessary. Check and inspect machining operations against specified tolerances, including maintaining quality and safety standards. May identify and repair minor machine malfunctions. Essential Functions: Maintains organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping within the work area and reports any maintenance issues encountered Assists with basic computer numerical control (CNC) machine set-up Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications using various measuring tools such as: CMMs, calipers, micrometers, comparators, and vision systems Utilizes work orders, blueprints (GD ensures the tools with the machine match those on the tool list Enters information into Camstar manufacturing platform (MES); creates and submits machine status reports Confers with production personnel to resolve basic machining problems Performs other duties as assigned Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies Ensures compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
