Arena PLM Business Process / Configuration Analyst Location: Primarily Remote, with occasional onsite travel Preferred Location: Boston, MA area Contract: 6+ months ?? Please note that third-party submittals will not be considered - no exceptions Our client is seeking an Arena PLM Business Process / Configuration Analyst to support an evolving global PLM environment. This is a techno-functional role that will lean more heavily toward business process analysis than pure configuration, but will require a strong understanding of how business needs translate into Arena PLM setup and changes. This person will help bridge the gap between business users and technical/configuration teams, support process improvement efforts, and assist with a complex environment that includes multiple Arena workspaces and integrations to ERP platforms including SAP and Oracle. What we're looking for: Experience with Arena PLM in a business-facing, techno-functional, or analyst capacity Ability to translate business requirements into system/process changes Understanding of PLM processes, change control, and workspace/configuration impacts Experience supporting or coordinating with integrations to ERP systems such as SAP and/or Oracle Comfortable working across cross-functional teams including business, IT, and system owners Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment Nice to have: Experience with workspace consolidation, process harmonization, or global rollouts Exposure to regulated environments such as medical device, life sciences, or similar industries Familiarity with change governance, testing, data mapping, or troubleshooting related to PLM/ERP changes This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands both the business process side of PLM and the practical system implications within Arena.
