GlobalGiving is looking for a globally-minded professional with excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for supporting the activities of GlobalGiving's Growth team and its portfolio of partners. Primary responsibilities
The Partnerships Senior Associate is a member of the Growth team responsible for managing and maximizing partnerships, primarily with companies, supporting GlobalGiving in growing its community of impactful relationships, and directly contributing to the revenue and impact goals for the Growth team and organization.
The Partnerships Senior Associate works collaboratively to achieve the following:
Manage a portfolio of relationships, primarily with companies, for mutual benefit for the partner and GlobalGiving. (70%) Translate partner priorities and needs internally. Coordinate service delivery for partners across GlobalGiving. Provide exceptional customer service and donor stewardship. Act as a trusted advisor to partners. Develop and manage complex projects and partnerships with strong organizational and communication skills. Be a knowledgeable resource on the diverse products and services available through GlobalGiving by deeply understanding the philanthropic and/or CSR priorities for partners. Bring value to partners through creativity, anticipation, and alignment. Deepen relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities for engagement and partnership. Work collaboratively to improve internal processes, functions, and delivery to promote our value proposition and deliver on partnerships with efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. Manage and document relationships using standard systems according to best practices and uniform expectations. Support prospecting efforts through referrals, research, strategic outreach, and relationship building to identify new opportunities and/or new partnerships. (10%) Develop relationships with prospective partners and support closing new partnerships. Contribute content to support our marketing and communications to the corporate audience. Act as a subject matter and technical expert on partnership management in the philanthropic, CSR, and/or social sector. Stay current on shifting global political/regulatory environments, corporate philanthropy, and giving trends, and use this information in the service of meeting the team's goals. Utilize Salesforce and other internal tools to maintain a real-time snapshot of relationships and forecast future revenue opportunities. (10%)Participate in cross-functional initiatives within GlobalGiving that support the team and organization's objectives and strategic priorities for growth and impact. Requirements:Required Qualifications
