This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of building automation and HVAC control systems within a secure, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of EMCS-controlled HVAC systemsSupport alarm response and fault diagnosticsTroubleshoot controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devicesDiagnose and resolve network and communication issuesAssist with HVAC system modifications and control sequence updatesSupport system performance optimization effortsAssist with daily monitoring activities and reporting inputsParticipate in emergency response activities (including 2-hour response requirements)Coordinate with Government technicians and Base Energy ManagersRequired Qualifications
