    Global Furniture Group has an immediate career opportunity for Territory Manager, Dealer Sales in the NY Metro/ Long Island area. This candidate will increase Global’s brand and interest among dealers, designers, and end-users within your assigned territory.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Identify and select dealer targets willing and capable of growing Global sales.Identify and involve Global in projects that fit Global’s products, services, and capabilities.Ensure appropriate market coverage by assessing existing dealers’ capacity to grow and identifying new dealer candidates.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key dealer personnel, designers, and end-users to drive sales and increase market share.Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to dealers and customers within the territory.Achieve or exceed sales targets and growth objectives as set by management.Provide product expertise and training to dealer partners to ensure effective promotion and positioning of Global’s products.Maintain current knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit required reports, forecasts, and updates in a timely manner.Frequent travel in the field more than 50% within the assigned geographic territory, which may involve driving long distances daily.

    Education/Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, experience, or military service will be considered. Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in dealer or distribution sales, furniture, building materials, or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong business acumen and ability to interpret and on business reporting. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to analyze territory potential, identify growth opportunities, and execute sales strategies.Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.Ability to walk and navigate customer sites, including offices, warehouses, rooftops, or construction areas as required.Ability to stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and customer events.Occasionally lift, carry, and transport product samples or marketing materials up to approximately 25 pounds.Effective verbal communication, including presentations and negotiations.Ability to plan daily activities, manage time independently, and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within territory; occasional overnight travel as required.

    Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

    The role is a mix of office, remote, showroom, and client-facing settings. Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required, with exposure to varying customer environments such as offices, showrooms, event places as well as occasional outside weather conditions.

    While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to frequently travel within the assigned territory – more than 50% of time spent in the field including driving to client meetings or events. This role may occasionally require lifting or transporting product samples or materials up to 50 lbs. (e.g., product samples, display materials). Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout showrooms, client spaces and event locations.

    The Assistant General Manager plays a hands-on leadership role, assisting with execution, team oversight, and operational follow-through across key areas of the business.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Support the supervision and development of Customer Care and Order Entry Representatives to ensure a positive customer experience. Assist in maintaining productive relationships with customers and logistics vendors. Support overall client and operational performance of the DC. Assist the General Manager with financial and operational oversight. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Monitor inventory levels in alignment with sales demand and operational needs. Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate inventory movement in and out of the facility. Ensure completion and accuracy of weekly product cycle counts. Assist with training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance of the customer care, order entry, and warehouse teams. Delegate tasks appropriately to balance team member workloads while supporting business goals. Support evaluation and coordination of local vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness. Partner with the local sales team to support a consistent and positive customer experience. Assist with select HR responsibilities, including onboarding support, scheduling and employee issue escalation. Assist General Manager to oversee policy improvement and implementation initiatives.Act as a point of leadership coverage in the absence of the General Manager. Additional Duties as assigned.

    Global Furniture Group has an immediate career opportunity for a Warehouse Representative in the Carrollton, TX Area.  This candidate will perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Unloading, sorting, and staging products. Sorting, staging, and preparing orders for shipments utilizing RF scanning system; manually pulling specialized, non RF scanner product as needed (sample chairs, parts, literature, etc.)Sorting and placing stock products on racks, shelves or in bins according to assigned bin location. Regularly lift and/or move objects 50-80lbs, occasionally team-lift and/or team-move objects that weigh 80-150lbs.Complete, maintain daily, weekly maintenance of warehouse equipment. Communicate any issues with specific shipping, delivery, packaging and tagging requirements to Customer Care, Warehouse Manager and/or General Manager. Respond to both internal and external customer requests in a timely manner. Complete work accurately, timely and with a high level of attention to detail. Assist in performing inventory cycle counts. Maintains Safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat, sweep, dust and mop. Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness.Safely operate all warehouse PIT including forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, clamp trucks and pallet jacks. Wear all proper safety equipment (PPE) as required. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, report incidents promptly, and participate in training sessions.

    Education/Experience

    High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 yrs. previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate with customers, sales personnel and internal staff. Excellent time management skills.Previous forklift experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge preferred.Basic RF scanner knowledge preferred. Ability to pass PIT certifications provided by Global. Dependable and reliable. Ability to work in extreme hot and/or cold weather conditions.

    Global Furniture Group has an immediate career opportunity for Territory Manager, A+D in the New York City Area.  This candidate will play a key role in influencing design specifications, driving demand generation, and representing the Global brand as a trusted resource to design professionals, project teams, and industry stakeholders across the assigned territory.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Develop and sustain strong, loyal relationships with architects and designers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, including architects, design firms, independent reps, dealers, and end users to increase sales efforts through specifications of our Global Office, Global Care, and Evolve systems product lines.Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase Global’s visibility, engagement, and product specification within the A+D community.Actively promote Global’s products, capabilities, and design solutions to architects, designers, and specifiers through presentations, Live demos, showroom tours, events, and project consultations.Conduct ongoing product education, and training sessions for A+D professionals, ensuring understanding of Global’s product offering, differentiators, and design resources.Represent Global at industry trade shows, networking events, CEU presentations, and industry associations (e.g., IIDA, ASID, AIA, NEWH).Track project opportunities through CRM tools and work cross-functionally with sales and dealer teams to follow through on specifications.Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to product management and marketing teams.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging design needs, and evolving workplace strategies.Collaborate with internal marketing and product development teams to support new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives within the territory.Frequent travel in the fieldmorethan50%meeting with clients in-person and representing Global at relevant events within the assigned geographic territory, which may involve driving long distances daily.

    Education/Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, experience, or military service will be considered. Minimum of 3-5years of outside sales experience, preferably in dealer or distribution sales, furniture, building materials, or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong business acumen and ability to interpret and on business reporting.Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to analyze territory potential, identify growth opportunities, and execute sales strategies.Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.Ability to walk and navigate customer sites, including offices, warehouses, rooftops, or construction areas as required.Ability to stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and customer events.Occasionally lift, carry, and transport product samples or marketing materials up to approximately 25 pounds.Effective verbal communication, including presentations and negotiations.Ability to plan daily activities, manage time independently, and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within territory; occasional overnight travel as required.

    Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

    The role is a mix of office, remote, showroom, and client-facing settings. Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required, with exposure to varying customer environments such as offices, showrooms, event places as well as occasional outside weather conditions.

    While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to frequently travel within the assigned territory – more than 50% of time spent in the field including driving to client meetings or events. This role may occasionally require lifting or transporting product samples or materials up to 50 lbs. (e.g., product samples, display materials). Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout showrooms, client spaces and event locations.
