Provide administrative and client support services related to insurance products, including intake,
eligibility review, policy processing, renewals, and routine correspondence. Respond to client
inquiries via phone and email regarding coverage information, benefits, exclusions, and claims
procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential client and policy records in internal databases
and insurance management systems. Coordinate with internal operations and finance teams to
support billing, payments, and policy administration. Prepare routine reports, correspondence,
and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Perform general
administrative and operational support functions related to insurance and client services.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, Communications, or a related field.Three (3) months of experience in client services, administrative support, or insurance-
related operations.Must be able to communicate in Arabic.
