Junior Intelligence Collection Manager will:
Receive and evaluate intelligence requirements.Assess resource availability and capacity.Research, develop, draft, coordinate, monitor, and assign collection requirements.Develop and implement Multi-INT collection strategies to address intelligence gaps comprehensively.Design various operational activities, offer recommendations, and evaluate the pros and cons of different operational scenarios.Utilize various technical collection systems, both independently and collaboratively, to meet intelligence collection requirements.Assess and analyze reporting.Identify unmet and new intelligence requirements in collaboration with all-source analysts.Update and refine collection planning.Provide on-site support for all-source intelligence analysis by submitting requirements for Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signals Intelligence (MASINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection.Plan and coordinate a full spectrum of blended operations and support activities for Continental United States (CONUS) and/or Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) operations.Conduct in-depth research on existing operations and intelligence assessments based on all-source information.Collaborate with legal, technical, analytical, counterintelligence, and other government entities to maintain the integrity of ongoing operations.Provide operational guidance for ongoing activities.Brief leadership on the progress and status of operations.Requirements
TS/SCI Security ClearanceDesired Experience: At least 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with at least some of the experience within the last 2 years.Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Alternatively, an additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, totaling 7 years, may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.Demonstrates a working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the labor category description.Knowledgeable of and demonstrates the ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.Demonstrates the ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction.Demonstrates the ability to apply logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information. Shows understanding of interpreting analysis, including its meaning, significance, and implications. The manager shall have oversight of activities, scheduling, development of plans and supervision of project/site managers assigned to task orders. The PM provides overall management support and contractor supervision to ensure the team works together to meet objectives.
Manage day-to-day tasks associated with the project.Ensure the project remains on time and on budget by identifying open positions that need to be filled and ensuring requirements are relayed to the recruiting Director for dissemination to the recruiters.Act as a liaison between the project team and Global Dimension senior management as well as the project customer or stakeholder.Submit required trackers and rosters to the prime on the appropriate due dates. The Construction Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on the ground and coordination of all construction or engineering personnel on the ground in support of a task order. The Construction Manager ensures productivity and safety of all construction, engineering, or visiting personnel on the ground. The Construction Manager is based in country at the construction site daily.
Requirements
Must have a Secret clearance.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution and 10+ years of related experience plus proven success in developing and managing construction projects.Two years of management experience on construction projects in sub-Saharan Africa or other post-Conflict countries.Management experience as the senior-most or second most-senior person on the ground for the project.At least two projects must be $1.5 million or greater in value.Three years of construction experience focusing on vertical construction.
