As our Field Technical Lead, you'll be more than a technician—you'll be a coach, mentor, trainer, and trusted technical resource for our team.
You'll work alongside younger technicians in the field, helping them sharpen their troubleshooting skills, improve customer communication, and develop into exceptional HVAC professionals.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical leadership and field support to service techniciansCoach and mentor developing technicians through ride-alongs, training, and hands-on instructionTroubleshoot complex HVAC system issues and assist with difficult diagnosticsLead by example through professionalism, quality workmanship, and integrityHelp establish and maintain technical standards and best practicesSupport ongoing training initiatives and technical development programsCommunicate effectively with customers, team members, and managementFoster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and teamworkServe as a trusted resource for technical questions and field problem-solvingWhat Makes You a Strong Fit

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of residential HVAC service experienceWashington State 06A Electrical License (Administrator preferred)Expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesStrong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEPA CertificationClean driving recordProfessional appearance and customer-focused mindsetAbility to teach, motivate, and develop technicians of varying skill levelsPositive attitude and commitment to continuous improvementIdeal Candidate:
