Our agency has a strong foundation built on experience, consistency, and long-term relationships. We're looking for someone who already has State Farm experience and is licensed - someone who can step in confidently, contribute right away, and help continue delivering a high level of service to our customers.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, prior State Farm experience highly preferred, and Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
