    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times.
    • Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailer.
    • Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
    • Collect and return all payments as required.
    • Account for all invoices as merchandise delivered and merchandise returned.
    • Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process.
    • Ensure truck check-in procedures are followed daily.
    • Ensure truck service and safety issues are reported daily.
    • Attend monthly safety meeting
    • Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed.
    • Verify and collect payments from customer and return payments
    • Report any local, state or federal moving violations to management.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • One year of driving experience.
    • Must be 21 years of age.
    • Valid State Driver's License
    • Must be able to lift between 40-50lbs for an extended period of time

This role will service customers by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate check-in, and storage of products. This position is a safety sensitive position that requires the employee to be able to perform job-related task without a direct threat to their safety or the safety of others.

    * Local Routes - home every night!
    * Weekends off
    * Performance Earnings - Average performers earn approximately $14,560 (based on route and load volume)

    Our Minimum Qualifications

    High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience One year of driver experience Must be 21 years of age or older for commercial motor vehicle Valid CMV / CDL / Class A or B license Valid DOT Medical Card Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period
    Your Responsibilities

In addition, the Tax Administrator supports the Tax Team in other accounting and administration activities. The role works closely with both internal teams and external parties.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Coordinate and organize tax return information and enter information into tax preparation softwareCoordinate payment of estimated tax payments, tax return payments and extension payments by required due date, including maintenance of EFTPS bulk applicationCoordinate signatures for officers/shareholders as needed via DocusignSummarize information necessary to support calculations of quarterly estimated tax paymentsAdminister the electronic filing of internally prepared tax returns, liaise with CCH to resolve issues related to tax preparation software and manage administrative tasks related to tax preparation softwarePrepare and coordinate responses to government authority notices as needed, including preparation of any necessary powers of attorney, and maintain mailing receipts and mail log for responses sentDownload and organize monthly bank statements, prepare bank reconciliations, payment of taxpayer expenses as needed, and other accounting assignments as assignedMaintenance of Team task calendar and Team Outlook inbox to ensure timely completion of tasksMaintenance of refund tracker, including follow-up on any outstanding itemsCoordinate payment of Team administrative expenses and expense reportsShareholder support as neededPerform other job-related duties as assigned
    Minimum Qualifications
