Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles with precision and flairApply hair coloring techniques based on color theory to achieve desired results for clientsInstall and customize hair extensions to enhance length, volume, or style preferencesConduct hair threading and eyelash extension procedures to provide comprehensive beauty servicesMaintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staffUse salon management software such as MANGOMINT to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client recordsOffer retail products through upselling techniques to meet client needs while supporting store sales goalsQualifications
Active Maryland Cosmetology License (requirement)Professional salon experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, motivated, and team-orientedPassion for beauty, luxury service, and continued growthExisting clientele is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer
