    Job Summary

    Performs day-to-day administrative and operational support duties for the Manufacturing Management Office. This role requires a professional, detail-oriented, and self-driven individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate and organized systems, support manufacturing leadership with discretion, and contribute to the standardization of processes and documentation across the organization.

    Essential Duties & Functions

    Implement, organize, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.Maintain physical and electronic files, records, databases, and trackers as assigned.Create reports and analyze data to support Manufacturing Management Office priorities and decision-making.Support the standardization, consistency, and continued improvement of departmental administrative processes.Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.Communicate with departmental administrators, managers, and supervisors to support consistent plant-wide information flow.Assist in gathering and tracking documentation related to training and other compliance requirements as assigned.Conduct plant tours for new hires, customers, and other visitors as needed.Uphold a strict level of confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary information.Perform other duties as assigned.

    Skills/Qualifications

    Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required), including the ability to manage data, create reports, and analyze information accurately.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive (or equivalent cloud-based storage systems).Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.

    The Administrative Assistant – EHS provides administrative and clerical support to the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department.     Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Create accurate and professional documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and presentations as requested by management.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions for the EHS department.
