Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Giordano Garden Groceries, a family-owned wholesale produce distributor based in Philadelphia, is looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, stays organized under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll play an important role in supporting daily operations and maintaining strong relationships with our long-standing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Enter and process customer orders, changes, and returns accurately
Answer customer questions about products, availability, and order status
Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a professional and helpful attitude
Maintain organized records including invoices, delivery slips, and driver logs
Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization
Support day-to-day operations to keep workflow running smoothly
Qualifications
12 years customer service experience preferred, however we will teach you all you need to know!
Produce or food distribution knowledge is a plus
Strong communication and phone skills
Organized with strong multitasking ability
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and typing skills
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office preferred
Schedule
This position is for an evening schedule and requires availability for weekends and rotating holidays.
Typical schedule will be ThursdayMonday, approximately 3:00 PM 11:00 PM / 12:00 AM, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
