High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in junk removal, moving, warehousing, or a similar physical role is preferred.Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.Basic knowledge of local recycling and waste disposal regulations.
