    Minimum Qualifications

    Degree: Certificate. Education: Graduate from a formal pharmacy technician program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) or a formal pharmacy technician program (i.e., technical, hospital, or retail-based program) or a formal medical services training program of the United States Military.Certification: Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).Experience: One year of full-time experience within the last 36 months as a pharmacy technician after graduation.

    Job Duties:

    Perform inpatient pharmacy technician duties including, but not limited to, entering orders into electronic health records, compound intravenous medication orders, compound Chemo therapeutic intravenous medications.Perform ward and or clinic inspections, maintain pharmacy automation systems, deliver Pyxis and patient orders to wards and clinics.Perform a full range of pharmacy technician procedures.Perform pharmaceutical dispensing duties including filling new outpatient prescriptions, refilling prescriptions, and entering orders into databases.Perform information consultation duties including supporting new and refill prescriptions, supporting patient requests, supporting physician’s requests, monitoring for drug interactions, and reporting adverse drug reactions.Perform quality improvement duties including performing drug storage inspection, reviewing expired supplies, and producing error and workload reports and documentation.Perform supply process duties including placing new orders, stocking/restocking shelves, inventory maintenance, producing not in stock reports.

    Schedule:

    Monday through Friday from 7:00AM - 3:00PM. Schedules may vary to accommodate demand.

    GiaCare Inc. is accepting resumes for experienced, civilian Social Workers, to work within the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) in support of Cannon Air Force Base (Clovis, New Mexico).

    Monday through Friday between 7:00AM-3:00PM

    Requirements


    Education: Master of Social Work (MSW)

    Certifications: Shall have current Basic Life Support (BLS) by way of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

    Experience: A minimum of two years full-time experience in care coordination, discharge planning or case management in a medical setting within the last four years.


    Duties:

    Oversee and manage the EFMP-M program in alignment with DoD and Air Force policy.Identify and support families with special medical or educational needs using clinical assessments and collaborative outreach.Ensure accurate enrollment (“Q coding”) and maintain data in Air Force special needs systems.Train installation personnel and provide ongoing consultation on EFMP-M implementation.Coordinate Family Member Relocation Clearance (FMRC) processes, enrollment, and travel screening.Maintain up-to-date case files and conduct annual outreach to EFMP-enrolled families.Collaborate with base agencies (IDS, MPS, CSS, AFPC) to ensure integrated support services.Participate in quarterly case reviews and refer families to appropriate base or community resources.Document clinical assessments and plans in GENESIS and maintain confidentiality in all records.Support orientation and training of new staff and participate in relevant committees or task forces.Maintain professional standards and compliance with DoD, Air Force, and facility-specific guidelines.Complete documentation, data tracking, and required training in a timely manner.
