    In these positions, you’ll blend teller and seller responsibilities to support members with transactions, account openings, loans, and overall financial needs. As a trusted resource, you’ll build strong relationships, recommend the right solutions, and create a seamless, positive experience for every member.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Deliver a welcoming, high-quality member experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

    · Process everyday financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and official checks.

    · Handle loan administration and maintenance activities, including gathering information, preparing documentation, updating records, and guiding members through next steps.

    · Identify member needs and confidently recommend deposit and lending solutions that align with their financial goals.

    · Demonstrate sales aptitude by building relationships, recognizing opportunities, and promoting products and services that add value for members.

    · Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, resolve member concerns, and provide ongoing account support.

    · Use branch technology and internal systems effectively while documenting interactions and follow-up needs.

    · Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while contributing to strong branch operations and teamwork.

    EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    · High school diploma and equivalent years of experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    · One to five years’ experience in a financial branch-environment or experience comparable within the financial industry or a retail sales environment.

    · Provide coverage at other branches when necessary and work Saturday rotation schedule.

    · Ability to communicate with members and others at all levels of the Credit Union, in both written and verbal formats.

    · Experience with the loan application process and standard or typical internal operating policies and procedures.

    · Knowledge of current industry offers, market trends, competitors, and Credit Union lending and member service policies and procedures.

    · Demonstrates the ability to interpret and apply financial information (e.g., credit scores, debt, assets, balances, payments, interest rates, etc.) and perform math functions (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios, etc.).

    · Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and judgment by gathering and applying relevant data to research and resolve issues.

    · Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point software applications.

    · Candidates must be able to pass a background check including: Credit, Drug Screen, Bondability, & Criminal Background.

    An eServices Representative serves as the expert in all aspects of the Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, P2P, A2Aand TeleTalk systems functionality. The representative is responsible for processing all member correspondence via Online Banking Message Center, Georgia’s Own web site Contact Us functionality and secure Co-Op messaging.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
     

    Provides support for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, P2P, A2A, Mobile Pay (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay), Account Aggregation tools (Quicken, Mint, etc.) and Teletalk by:Troubleshooting and resolving escalated sign in and navigation issues presented by members and employees.Having a strong understanding of the devices used to connect to the above services and having the capability to troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues.Documenting and reporting recurring issues and problems to manager and Online Banking Channel Analyst.Developing and delivering basic training to ensure front-line staffing understands basic functionality, navigation and troubleshooting.  Communicating with eServices vendors (Alkami, PSCU), as warranted, to advocate for the member and resolve escalated issues.Notifying  IT and/or appropriate vendors of system issues.

    Works and completes requests, or forwards to appropriate employee, for all electronic communications from the members through: Online Banking Message CenterGeorgia’s Own Contact Us through websiteSecured messages from Co-Op Member Center.

    Compiles monthly data and prepares reporting for:

    eServices channel usage.Co-Op Member Center secure message volume.

    Helps Member Services inbound team answer member phone calls, as needed, during extremely heavy call volume.

    EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent.Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Two to Five years of work experience.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including rotating weekends and holidaysReliable home internet connection

    SUMMARY:
    The Payment Recovery Specialist I oversees the daily operations of loans under bankruptcy protection and/or charge-off stature. This includes providing daily direction to the department's workflow and processing of functions within a bankruptcy filing chapter 7, 11, or 13, or a charge-off status. This oversight includes monitoring of the bankrupt/charge off portfolio and the attorneys/collection agency associated with the loans. This role requires close coordination with various departments, vendors, and outside counsel. Additional duties may include posting chapter 13 payments, and/or recovery payments.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Support and cultivate strong relationships through member contact, quality member service and superior knowledge. Handle incoming calls from members, incoming mail/email, and correspondence received by credit union staff. Ensure member records are up-to-date and accurate.Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed monthly goals in a fast-paced environment.Compile data and prepare monthly activity reports, and periodically, more specialized reports for senior management.Develop, apply, and evaluate regulatory policies and procedures for the department; maintain a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures and trends in the credit union industry, with particular attention to the Bank Secrecy Act, and the Patriot Act.Manage credit reporting updates for specialized coding (Bankruptcy/Charge-off).Post/Track specialty payments.Handle calls from credit union staff concerning charge off/bankruptcy related matters.Maintain vendor relationships with attorney/collection agencies.Assign accounts to proper vendor for handling.Maintain specialty queues to ensure the credit union remains in compliance.Manage title releases on specialty accounts. Review and approve Visa revocations (if applicable).Keep management current on all issues/concerns on specialty accounts.Perform other duties as may be assigned

    EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum 1 year of Bankruptcy/Charge Off experience with measured success (preferred).Minimum of 1 years Credit Union (or comparable financial institution) experience.College experience preferred.

    OTHER JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
