Georgia Landscape Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Production Manager to join our growing team in the Metro Atlanta area. This position is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys building teams, driving quality, managing field operations, and helping crews succeed in a fast-paced landscaping environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role with significant field involvement and long-term growth opportunity within the company.
Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 per year depending on experience and qualificationsSchedule
Full-timeFour 10-hour shiftsMonday - ThursdayFriday used as makeup/weather day when neededAdditional hours may be required during peak seasonResponsibilities
Lead and oversee 3 - 5 landscape maintenance crews consisting of approximately 8 - 12 field team membersSpend the majority of the workday in the field supporting crews and monitoring productionTrain, mentor, recruit, and retain team membersMonitor daily productivity, efficiency, and quality standardsTrack and communicate KPI metrics and crew performanceEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standardsConduct regular quality control inspections on job sitesSupport scheduling and operational planning with managementMaintain strong communication with field staff and leadershipAssist with problem solving, conflict resolution, and team accountabilityHelp maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented cultureQualifications
Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance experience requiredMinimum 2 years of crew leadership experience preferredMultiple crew management experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of Atlanta-area plants and turf preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to lead, support, and develop teamsClean driving record preferredWorking knowledge of landscape maintenance equipmentProficient with Microsoft Office preferredSpanish-speaking ability is a plus but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced outdoor environmentBenefits

This position requires the ability to perform the essential job functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
