    Job Summary Responsible for educational offerings, events, services, and partnerships for unit's global presence. Responsible for overseeing complex and mission-critical functions within the unit, including program management, strategic partnerships, and promotion of programs and events in existing and new markets. Collaborate with other Georgia Tech units and project teams across the university to develop and implement programming and events for domestic and international locations. Manage global operations of the unit with a focus on legal compliance, finance, human resources, contracts, information technology, facilities, maintenance/renovation, and guest/tenant services. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.

    This position will interact on a regular basis with: GT Atrium's core leadership team and other project teams across the institute.

    This position typically will advise and counsel: Center for 21st Century Universities (C21U) and campus leadership.

    This position will supervise: GT Atrium staff (General Operations Manager, Admin Professional Sr, and student workers).

    Responsibilities Job Duty 1 -
    Serve as a primary liaison to internal and external constituencies on behalf of the leadership team.

    Job Duty 2 -
    Oversee financial and administrative matters when establishing new operations outside the U.S., including long-term forecasting of unit locations, capital and operating expenditures, ROI, cost/benefit analyses, and budget management.

    Job Duty 3 -
    Strategize and develop performance data along with short-term (quarterly) and long-term (annual) strategic plans. Deliver resulting proposals and reports outlining goals and measurable metrics with objectives to support the business plan and champion growth of the initiative.

    Job Duty 4 -
    Implement processes for the unit's international operations to ensure full compliance with both U.S. and foreign regulations, including those related to human resources, finance, programs, or locations.

    Job Duty 5 -
    Evaluate and ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place for the relationships, services, human resources, and payment functions.

    Job Duty 6 -
    Review and revise (as appropriate) policies and procedures, job aids, and training on new and current processes supporting unit activities.

    Job Duty 7 -
    Coordinate logistical support of non-credit courses (public and sponsored) and educational conferences.

    Job Duty 8 -
    Establish and maintain relationships with the local, national, and global entrepreneurship community, industry partners, alumni, and potential donors.

    Job Duty 9 -
    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications Educational Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Required Experience
    Six to seven years of job-related experience.

    MBA or Master's degree in International Relations.

The fraternity and sorority community is a campus tradition that spans over 134 years.Job Summary Provide support, advice, and advocacy to a strong and well-established fraternity and sorority community on matters related to housing/facilities, leadership development, crisis/emergency response, conduct, and related issues. Serve on various fraternity and sorority organization and campus-wide committees. This position will interact on a regular basis: campus fraternity and sorority organization leadership, members, alumni, alumni advisors, facilities management staff, GT real estate, and student engagement staff.     Job Summary Develop, implement, and manage the operational aspects of the Georgia Tech Zero Waste program with a focus on minimizing the cost of recycling and waste programs. Provide leadership in waste management operations, focusing on analysis and logistics, and in coordination with the sustainability team. Develop and utilize performance metrics to ensure program success and continuous improvement. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing performance, and providing feedback. Regular interaction with facility managers, recycling contact persons (RCPs), vendors, project managers, and Operation & Maintenance team. Supervise Campus Recycling employees and ensure the successful and cost-effective operational delivery of goals.

    Responsibilities Job Duty 1 -
    Manage and Optimize Waste Management Services: Oversee and optimize contracts and/or internally provided services for waste management, including recycling and composting, to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

    Execute Zero Waste Program: Implement comprehensive recycling, reuse, and zero waste processes across campus in coordination with the sustainability team.

    Job Duty 3 -
    Supervise and Optimize Waste Management Team: Lead and counsel the Zero Waste Management team to optimize routes, maximize effectiveness, and increase waste diversion, ensuring achievement of waste minimization targets.

    Job Duty 4 -
    Financial Management: Understand the finances of the waste management team, work to minimize costs, and prepare and administer the annual budget, including managing timesheets and overseeing staff meetings.

    Logistics and Process Optimization: Design and optimize logistics for waste collection, sorting, and transportation. Apply industrial engineering principles to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely waste processing and disposal.

    Technical Analysis: Perform technical analyses in areas such as life cycle assessment, material management, upstream reduction strategies, downstream infrastructure and service design, and end-of-life assessment.

    Job Summary The Student Support Specialist within the department of Belonging & Student Support is responsible for providing technical, administrative, and logistical support to ensure that student programs, services, and initiatives are delivered effectively.
