Must be able to travel throughout the sales territory, visit customers, receive and transmit customer orders. As a sales representative, you are responsible for achieving and exceeding goals for wine and spirits sales within your territory. Performs other duties as assigned. This role will require account prospecting, relationship building, brand knowledge, product representation and exceptional customer service. Applicant must be a motivated self-starter. Position duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain a weekly itinerary for all accounts with scheduled call back days along with corporate account calls. Follow procedure and achieve all sales goals. Develop, maintain and expand existing brands within the portfolio by providing extensive customer service, including making sales presentations, coordinating promotions, seminars and conducting product tastings and staff training. Develop marketing plans and strategies to achieve long-term goals and opportunities. Ability to prioritize and work in a rapidly changing, fast growth environment. Work in conjunction with the office staff, warehouse, delivery, corporate office and Human resources to ensure a teamwork atmosphere and maintain a positive attitude.
