Compensation: $250/Month Base Retainer + Per-Signup Pay + Retention Bonus (Uncapped)

GeoDeals AI is an AI-powered platform connecting diners with the best restaurant deals nearby. We're looking for energetic, self-motivated Business Development Representatives to help independent restaurants grow by joining our platform.

What You'll Do
Prospect and sign up local restaurants throughout Charlotte, NCMeet restaurant owners and demonstrate the GeoDeals AI platformPresent our Premium subscription planAssist restaurants with onboarding and launching their dealsBuild long-term relationships with restaurant partnersFollow up regularly to help partners maximize their successCollaborate with marketing initiatives to promote restaurant dealsWhat We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a positive attitudeComfortable working independently, including in-person/cold outreachSales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plusPassion for helping local businesses succeedBased in or near Charlotte, NCReliable transportationBasic computer and smartphone skillsCompensation
Monthly Base Pay: $250/month base retainer
Commission Structure
$50 per restaurant signed, paid at signup (Premium Plan signups only)$25 bonus per restaurant that stays active 3+ monthsUncapped earning potentialPerformance bonuses and incentives availableExample Monthly Earnings

- 15 restaurants signed: $250 base + $750 signup pay + $375 retention bonus = $1,375 total
- 25 restaurants signed: $250 base + $1,250 signup pay + $625 retention bonus = $2,125 total
- 50 restaurants signed: $250 base + $2,500 signup pay + $1,250 retention bonus = $4,000 total
